Dear Dr. Laurencin,
I think the non-compete clause is overly broad and may need to be modified. This would basically limit practice within a 40 to 50 mile radius of Hartford, especially considering the number of satellite offices there are associated with Hartford Hospital. As far as I am aware of my current contract does not include such a clause.
