Fellow faculty-
The VP's office has just posted a website with frequently asked questions and the Administration's responses on several issues to do with unionization. A linked page also allows comments and questions to be submitted to the Administration.
A link to this website (and a copy of the posted FAQ text) has now been added in a new post on the UCHC Faculty Discourse blog, on which the text of many earlier email discussions have also been posted and linked by date and dialog/response.
Please note that if you desire for your colleagues to share in your questions posted to the Administrations "Ask a Question" page, you can post your text to the Faculty Discussion blog directly. Posting to this blog simply requires that you fill in the subject and text fields of an email to this address:
mohler.william.uchcfacultydiscourse@blogger.com
There is no triage or censoring of candid comments posted to the Faculty Discourse blog. I encourage you to share your thoughts with those of us still needing to learn more on this subject.
