I didn’t get a chance to sign either. I remember the last failed try for unionization. The pro-union forces also aired the majority of the opinions but they obviously were in a minority after the votes were counted. And I’ve seen a lot of the same faculty names. That was a decade ago, I think. I wonder why they didn’t leave and join a unionized faculty, if the issue was so important.
