From Bill Mohler: UCHC-AAUUP Voting schedule, Requests for Absentee Ballots/ Submission of Votes before balloting.

Dear Faculty:

Barring a change in policy that several of us are pursuing, no absent faculty members will be able to record their votes for the UCHC-AAUP issue on Novmeber 17-18.

For this reason, I have set up links to ensure that as many faculty are enfranchised in this decision as possible.  The following links are also available on the faculty discourse weblog.  http://uchcfacultydiscourse.blogspot.com/

MARK YOUR CALENDAR to plan for the date and time of the election.

Confirm you eligibility to vote by emailing UCHC HR.

Lodge your Request for Absentee Ballot with the State Labor Relations Board and UCHC HR department.  This will also document your protest of the current policy.

Note that there is no guarantee you will receive an absentee ballot. 
I have therefore made a link to express your choice (unofficially) by email to the Labor Commissioner if you so choose.
