Mr. Mohler says:
Perhaps the humorist on this previous post does not appeciate that in all state, local, and federal elections, the ballot will be delivered to the end of his/her driveway upon a simple and quite common request. No excuse or explanation is required, simply a request.
That statement is patently false. Sometimes, statutory reasons must be given.
