Hmm... Let's see. Recently, the unions within the SEBAC consortium, the members of which had been receiving scheduled raises over the last several years, agreed to a number of furlough days. Once the furlough period expires, they, by agreement, will receiving their scheduled increases. What did UCHC employees receive? No increases for the past two years and no agreed upon resumption of increases, BUT we were forced to take the furlough days. So, we got none of the benefits but we did receive the cuts.
This is but one of the inaccuracies with the Broadcast message.
