The files that were distributed with graph of salary comparison of UCHC to other unionized groups contains some important points, some not obvious
1] It lists other academic health centers [in legend] that are unionized and thus would answer the question that others have asked in regard to other similar centers such as ours.
2] The University of Cincinnati is no longer unionized but the data contained supposedly represents salary information from when did have a faculty union
3] It seems odd that the 75th%ile [ $205,000.00] of the an Assistant Professor at UCHC is less than the 75th%ile [$225,000.00] of an Assistant Professor at UCONN. This has been checked and verified and is explained by fact that there are faculty at the Assistant Professor level who are focusing more on clinical work / productivity compared to someone at Associate Professor level who may have been focusing on academic advancement that impacted clinical work.
