From Bill Mohler: Salary adjustment proposal from Dean's Council.

Has the salary adjustment proposal ever advanced closer to being adopted as active administration policy than it was at the time of councils' review & comment? At that time it was clearly represented as a draft proposal. And other councils deemed it unnecessary. What is the current status, since it is very germane to the pro/con union discussion?
