From UCHC-AAUP: Cream Create

Dear Doctor William A Mohler,

Key programs are being put into place by UCHC administration that will have a substantial effect on the work environment and compensation for UCHC faculty members. They include:

C   R   E   A   M
Clinical
Research
Education
Administration
Miscellaneous

Can you explain what CREAM is, how it came about, at whose behest, and with what consequence to your work and livelihood?

C   R   E   A   T   E
Clinical
Research
Education
Administration
Transition to Excellence

Are you clear about CREATE and how your time and effort is to be apportioned, why it is being implemented, what's at stake, who stands to benefit, and what's next?

Given these kinds unilaterally-imposed programs, the importance for UCHC faculty to collectively organize so that our voices, experiences, needs and ambitions are heard by University leaders has never been greater.

On November 17th and 18th you can cast a ballot declaring that you are committed to working with, and for, Health Center faculty, administrators and staff as we strive to preserve and strengthen this University.

The most important acronym at this point is:
V   O  T   E for AAUP representation
Voice
Opinions
Together and
Effectively

Sincerely,
The UCHC Faculty Association
