As a pediatrician with .UCHP I have to admit that, as a 4 person pediatric department, we are the grunts on the front line of primary care at its most primary level.
We 'feed' all of you, yet 'you' and UCHC rarely reciprocate.
I am frankly more concerned about UCHC's commitment to primary care than salary issues. That said, Ursula is not only one of the most highly respected and sought after MDs in the group, but has her priorities straight.
