From John Meyer: RE: CORRECTION Re: Please read.

Faculty at private universities (which includes all those listed by the sender below) are prohibited from joining/forming a union; they were considered “managerial” employees and excluded from the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act (case was decided by the Supreme Court when Yeshiva’s faculty attempted to unionize).

Therefore the only medical schools that one could compare/contrast would be state university medical schools; private schools being legally excluded, no comparisons can be drawn with any validity.
