Please do the work of sending us the specific information from the Board's budget website. I would especially like to see data that show an increase in the productivity of existing faculty after the onset of AAUP involvement.

While you're at it, please be so kind as to find data on the growth in numbers of research faculty (if there was growth) after the new state initiatives went into effect. This will let us see how much of the new dynamic at Storrs is due to hiring of new people with new state money.

Again, we really need to see a before-after comparison of the average Storrs faculty's productivity before unionization to productivity after unionization.

I don't think preaching is really in order, if you want to help us see the facts here.
