If we have a union we can vote in those people who we think we represent us.
We have lost so much so far without a union; no cost of living raises with furlough days on top of that, possible merger with Hartford Hospital without faculty voicing their opinions, and other changes at the Health Center that we have little say in.
I am willing to take a chance with a union.
