The determination was made only yesterday, it was posted as soon as possible. That is why we have a website. It takes no sleuthing to get the news. We are getting it out but most seems to be rebuttal of what suggest as unfair.
It would be a relief to many I think to have this be a Q&A rather than this series of exchanges.
