I agree.
This is going to be viewed by many as a bold attempt to skew this vote Pro-Union.
At a MINIMUM there should be multiple polling sites (to allow equal access for scientists and clinicians).
And choosing a limited time window is also completely inappropriate.
Many clinicians have off-site duties that will limit their access to an hour and a half time window.
Also, what is being done to permit people who are away during those two dates?
Is there an absentee voting process?
Lets make this an election process about which we can all be proud.
If we really care about having this represent our collective faculty, we need to make sure that the voting process is inclusive rather than exclusive.
