It is all quite legal and much time over two days is provided. All have an
equal opportunity to vote, or not, as they choose. The AAUP did not pick
the rules to be followed. Issues over this should be taken to the Labor
Board. Please vote. We have asked for suggestions time and again and this
might have been helpful it were offered, but the election is now set. The
important thing now is, after reading all the information about the benefits
of having the right to bargain over your terms and conditions of employment
through the UCONN Health Center, you collectively choose to do so. The
issue is not where the ballot box is as it has been determined and it will
be in an easy access location.
