This election is a legal matter. All the procedures and policies related to labor matters in the state of CT, including elections, are control by 1) state statutes, and 2) the policies of the state agency charged with enforcing them i.e. state labor board. How an election is run is totally under the control of the CT Labor Board, and no one anyone else. Not employees or employers.
