I apologize for the use of an email to respond to this, as all our
information will be posted on the website at <www.uchcaaup.org> .
Briefly, ALL should know that the time and procedures were agreed to by the
administration and the AAUP, hardly an attempt to skew anything. Procedures
are established by the Labor Department, hardly a skewing of anything.
Procedures and timing also approximate the time previously established.
Again, hardly a Skewing of anything. All details will be posted and discussed at upcoming
meetings to be announced.
