I take exception to your statement that " We asked for opinions and suggestions for some time and nary a word was said
about this in a timely fashion." Discussion about the voting process (for example) has certainly never been brought to my attention.
This voting process is either really badly planned by the Labor Board or indeed there was no interest that all faculty be given the opportunity to vote. Are we going to see more maneuvering and rhetoric as in your last email in the case that unionization will happen?
