It appears that absentee ballots, or polling in the following week, could have had a major impact on the final decision of the vote. I can provide contact info for the State LRB for any of the missing 75 voters who desire the opportunity to restate their case for being unable to cast a vote. Beyond a personal appeal to the commissioner, other avenues may exist for protest.
