You won! Now is the time for you and all faculty, whichever way you voted, to work together and with the administration building a strong and vibrant Health Center within the University of Connecticut that can be a top tier institution in research, education and patient care.
There is a lot of work ahead in developing your constitution and your negotiation agenda. Everyone's participation and ideas are needed.
