I also had remained quiet during this back and forth. I also did not see the point for a Union. However the rules were widely publicized and we all knew that we had two days to vote and that there was a specific ending time. We simply now have to move on with the business of educating, treating and researching in the context of a unionized environment. Of course, we should be very focused on the make up of the union hierarchy. I hope that this leadership will include both the pro and anti-union voices. I'm assuming that heterogeneity of opinion will yield some wisdom in decision making?
