When do we get to vote or decide who will be our faculty representatives to the AAUP? It seems like this will be going forward, so it will be necessary very soon to decide (as we are now one collective voice) who that voice will be. What is the procedure for this? I would like to ensure that faculty know well in advance of any decision making process of how/when their “union representatives” will be elected, so that all views are represented. Will there be representatives from all departments etc?
