One can only wonder whether the naysayers would have responded with such alacrity had the election results turned in their favor by two votes.
It is quite perplexing to now hear all the cries of faculty "disenfranchisement"; where were such lamentations all these years when faculty voices were silenced?
In response to the screed over the weekend that miscreant faculty who have supported a union should, in effect, " love or leave" the Health Center, I offer another maxim:
"Don't cry over spilt milk." It is time for all faculty to march under a united banner and bring UCHC to a national status never before realized or imagined.
